APC’s engineering and consulting services include projects that help customers address regulatory requirements with the most cost-effective, reliable, and compliant means, including working with regulators and identifying no-capital solutions.  APC’s capabilities include:

• Projects to identify, evaluate, and compare air emission control system alternatives, including technical, operational and economic evaluation;
• Projects to evaluate and maximize performance of aging pollution control systems;
• Permitting services;
• Projects that focus on resource recovery, energy recovery, or on-site energy production.

Emission Testing Services

APC Technologies provides a full range of air emission testing services for compliance testing and/or diagnostic purposes.  Testing capabilities cover the full range of pollutants and conditions that are typical for industrial and municipal applications, including:

• Volumetric air flow rate;
• Moisture content, O2, CO2, dry molecular weight determination;
• Particulate, filterable and condensable;
• Acid gases;
• Total Hydrocarbons (THC), VOCs, HAPs;
• Odor concentration and characterization;
• Mercury;
• Other metals.

Emission testing methods are consistent with US EPA testing methods and can be tailored to specific state and/or local agency method requirements.
