APC Technologies, Inc.’s Ultra High-Efficiency Filter (UHF™) systems use proprietary design features to remove extremely fine solid and liquid particulate with control efficiencies up to and in excess of 99% for sub-micron size contaminants. Applications range down to particle sizes of less than 0.05 micron

Broad Range of Applications
UHF™ systems are very versatile, controlling oil mists, aerosols, hydrocarbon fumes, smoke, haze, sticky/oily or wet particles, indoor air contaminants including bacterial contamination, certain odors, and recirculation air for manufacturing environments.  The UHF™ design is especially advantageous against competing technologies for oily, sticky, wet and/or corrosive emissions.  UHF™ systems can also provide removal of certain gas-phase contaminants such as VOC’s, mercury, odors, and SOx.

Low Capital Cost 
The UHF™ system’s high efficiency provides for compact design, substantially lower space requirements, and low capital cost.

Low Operating and Maintenance Costs 
Filter replacement is simple and can be performed while the system is on line, with no impact to the process or downtime.  The UHF™ system often consumes less power than competing technologies, as high control efficiency is achieved at lower pressure drop.  The UHF™ system is virtually maintenance free.
